I hereby certify:
- The Minnesota Legislature established Minnesota State Colleges and Universities to serve as Sole State Agency in this State to receive and disburse federal vocational technical education funds as recorded in Minnesota State Statute 136F.79 (Full citation is located on the World Wide Web(www.revisor.let.state.mn.us/stats/136F/). MnSCU has authority under State law to perform the functions of the State under the program. The State of Minnesota may legally carry out each provision of the foregoing plan. All provisions of the foregoing plan are consistent with State law. MnSCU has authority under State law to receive, hold, and disburse federal funds made available under the foregoing Plan. MnSCU has authority to submit the foregoing Plan. MnSCU has adopted and formally approved the foregoing Plan; April 21,1999. The foregoing Plan is the basis for state operation and administration of the program.
- By decree of the Governor on September 10, 1987, the State of Minnesota decided to discontinue its involvement in the Intergovernmental Review of Federal Programs Process of Executive Order 12372.
