Recommendations and Response to Testimony Provided at Public Hearing
Opportunity for providing input concerning the State Plan and the planning process were provided to all segments of the population. A public hearing was conducted so that the viewpoints of interested stakeholders could be incorporated into the planning process. Notice of the public hearing was published in the Minnesota State Register, on the MnSCU web site and notifications were mailed to over 250 stakeholders by U.S. mail or by attachment through e-mail.The following recommendations and comments were collected at the public hearing or submitted in writing. These recommendations have been reviewed, and responses have been prepared by staff of DCF and MnSCU.
